Guests book a feeling, and stills do not carry it
A rental competes on a listing page next to dozens of properties with the same photo set: the pool, the kitchen, the bed, the view. Every one of them looks pleasant and none of them tells the guest what it is like to be there. Photos show rooms. What sells a stay is the sequence: you arrive, you walk through, you step out onto the terrace and the sea is there.
That sequence is the thing a gallery cannot give you, and it is exactly what a video does. But a rental portfolio changes constantly, with new properties, refurbishments and new seasons, and hiring a crew for each one does not scale.
How it works for a rental company
You upload the photos you already have from the property. The more images and the more angles, the smoother the motion, because our AI generates the frames between your photos and needs visual information to work from. For an apartment or a house, a floor plan helps us guide the camera through the rooms in the right order.
We build one cut and send it to you to review. Approve it, and you have a video of that property that matches the photos guests are already seeing, made without a single extra visit to the property.
What you get and where you publish it
Each delivery includes a master file for your own booking site, a vertical cut for Instagram, TikTok and Stories, and a short teaser for the announcement post. The 16-30 second tier includes a 10-second reel-ready vertical version, the 31-45 second tier a 20-second one.
That is enough to cover the property page on your own site, the seasonal social post, and paid ads for the weeks you need to fill, all from the same production.
Price and delivery time
One fixed price per video, no subscription and no setup fee, with the tier decided by length: 0-15 seconds, 16-30 seconds or 31-45 seconds. Prices are excluding VAT.
Delivery is within 48 hours of receiving the images, which means a property can be photographed and published with video inside the same week, in time for the booking window you are aiming at.
