The problem with a gallery of stills
A property listing lives or dies on the first few seconds of attention. A grid of twenty photos asks the buyer to assemble the home in their own head: which room is next to which, how the light moves through the place, how big the living room really is. Most buyers never do that work. They scroll.
Video solves it, but booking a crew does not fit the way listings actually move. A shoot has to be scheduled around the seller, the weather and the photographer, and by the time the edit comes back the home has already been live for a week. So video gets reserved for the few most expensive homes, and everything else goes out as a gallery.
How it works for an estate agency
You send the images from the shoot you already paid for. No second visit, no crew, no scheduling around the seller. Upload as many images as you have, from as many angles as possible, and include the floor plan: it tells us how the rooms connect, so the camera moves through the home the way a viewer would walk it rather than cutting randomly between spaces.
Our AI generates the frames between your photos, so the still of the hallway becomes a move into the kitchen, and the kitchen becomes a move out to the terrace. You get one cut to review. Approve it, and it is yours.
What you get and where you publish it
Every project is delivered in the formats a listing needs: a master file for the portal and your own site, a vertical cut for Instagram, TikTok and Stories, and a short teaser for the first post announcing the home. The 16-30 second tier includes a 10-second reel-ready vertical version, and the 31-45 second tier includes a 20-second one.
That covers the portal listing, the agency website, the social announcement and the paid ad from the same delivery, without a separate edit for each channel.
Price and delivery time
One fixed price per video, no subscription and no setup fee. Length decides the tier: 0-15 seconds, 16-30 seconds or 31-45 seconds. Prices are excluding VAT.
Delivery is within 48 hours of receiving your images, so a home photographed on Monday can go live with video before the first viewing on Wednesday.
